Nguyen Le is a Ph.D. candidate in public diplomacy at the University of Nottingham, Ningbo (UNNC). Her doctoral thesis explores how Vietnam - as a socialist non-major power, authoritarian state, and an emerging economic power – conceptualized and implemented public diplomacy in the contemporary era. Her research interest also extends to soft power in East Asian and Southeast Asian countries.
