Ilan Manor is a lecturer at the Department of Communications at Ben Gurion University of the Negev and a member of Oxford University’s Digital Diplomacy Research Group. His main area of research is the digitalization of public diplomacy. Manor's most recent book, The Digitalization of Public Diplomacy, was published in 2019 by Palgrave Macmillan.
