Cuba, Colombia Talk Links, Crisis
Colombia and Cuban ties will be strengthened in a meeting February 25 in Bogota, said Vice minister of Foreign Affairs for Latin America, Alejandro Gonzalez, who heads the Cuban delegation. The Colombian delegation will be presided over by the vice chancellor Clemencia Forero Ucros and both will concentrate on political, trade, economic and cultural links.
