In honor of World Humanitarian Day on August 19, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) launched its #NotATarget campaign. The campaign brings attention to the civilians - children, displaced persons, humanitarian aid workers, etc. - who have been casualties of wars "that aren't of their own making." As part of its advocacy efforts, OCHA also invites Facebook users to create their own videos using the World Humanitarian Day filter.
The full video, as well as more information about the #NotATarget campaign, is available on the World Humanitarian Day website.
