Before the COVID-19 pandemic, CPD traveled to the Berlin Wall and interviewed 100+ people from more than 25 countries about cultural diplomacy. Interviewees hailed from all over the world, such as Taiwan, Ukraine, Ireland, Italy, Germany, the U.S. and beyond.
CPD posed the following questions:

- Can you think of an example of cultural diplomacy?
- Do you think cultural diplomacy is valuable?
Interviews were filmed in November 2019 by CPD Editorial Manager Lisa Rau (Director/Camera) and Katherine Butler (Producer/Host/Editor), 2018–20 CPD Graduate Student Fellow, Public Relations ('20 Specialized Public Relations, USC Annenberg).
