In a recent interview with The Atlantic, Geoffrey Wiseman, USC Professor, and CPD University Fellow, and author of the book, Isolate or Engage: Adversarial States, US Foreign Policy, and Public Diplomacy, discusses the vital role of public diplomacy in U.S. foreign policy and its dealings with adversarial states such as Cuba.
