The U.S.-Mexico Network @ USC has published an online library: "Reimagining U.S.-Mexico Relations: From Here to 2024," featuring a full section specifically dedicated to Mexico's public diplomacy. This library is edited by CPD Faculty Fellow Pamela Starr and Rafael Fernández de Castro.
The section includes a piece by Selene Barceló M. titled, "Public Diplomacy: A 'European' Solution to Mexico’s Image Problem," which looks at what measures can be taken to improve Mexico's reputation in the U.S. Beyond this essay, the page features related blog posts, journal articles and videos.
The library's full section on Mexican public diplomacy is available here, and several pieces are available in both Spanish and English.
