Ratih Indraswari is a faculty member in the International Relations Department at Parahyangan Catholic University in Indonesia and a doctoral student at Ewha Woman's University in South Korea. She received a Master in International Relations and International Organization from Groningen University, the Netherlands. She is currently a doctoral student at Ewha Womans University and a recipient of the Higher Education ASEAN Talent (HEAT) scholarships program. Her interest is in public diplomacy, international education and ASEAN regionalism. She is working on South Korea-ASEAN partnerships for her dissertation topic. Indraswari's projects includes "Digital Economy and Hallyu: Opportunities and Challenges for a South Korea-Indonesia Partnership" (2021), "South Korea’s ASEAN Policy Today: The New Southern Policy and Its Standing" (2021), "An Analysis of Indonesia’s Government-led Scholarship as an Instrument of Foreign Policy" (2021) and "ASEAN Centrality: Comparative Case Study of Indonesia Leadership" (2021).
