Dr. Sohaela Amiri is the Senior Research Officer at the USC Center on Public Diplomacy (CPD). In this capacity, she works on CPD-initiated research and consulting projects that entail policy and program evaluation with a focus on the role of subnational and nonstate actors, such as cities and diaspora groups, as well as the local impact of international engagement. Dr. Amiri also oversees all research-related publications such as the CPD Perspectives on Public Diplomacy.
