Nguyen Le is a full-time lecturer of International Relations at Hong Bang International University and a visiting lecturer at different colleges in the network of Vietnam National University. Her research interests include the concept of soft power beyond the American context and practices of public diplomacy in East Asia, particularly in China, South Korea and Vietnam. She holds a BA in International Relations (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and an MA in Global Politics from Aberystwyth University.
