KEEP READINGCPD Research Fellow and MPD Alum (’09) Accepts New Position with United Nations
CPD Research Fellow Anoush Rima Tatevossian (2010-2012) and MPD alum ('09) will be joining the United Nations Global Pulse project as the new Strategic Communications Officer.
The United Nations Global Pulse project is dedicated to harnessing the power of social media and new technology to record real time data on the effects of global crises such as shortages or disasters. By gathering real time results, it is hoped that policy makers will be able to react quickly and appropriately to “protect countries against development reversals” and use development resources efficiently.
Since this project cannot be executed without excellent bilateral communication and data collection, Tatevossian, as a Strategic Communications Officer, will be playing a part crucial to its success.
