From robot journalists to virtual reality, 2017 is set to be a year of dynamic changes and challenges within communications and public diplomacy. Among the various articles within the relevance report are ruminations on the relationship between business and diplomacy, brand-building in real time, and public discourse surrounding race and demographic shifts.
