CPD Faculty Fellow Philip Seib has published a new book: As Terrorism Evolves: Media, Religion, and Governance.
The book looks at public diplomacy in a counterterrorism context and examines how different terrorist groups have used new technologies such as social media to advance their cause.
According to Steven R. Corman, Director of the Center for Strategic Communication at Arizona State University, the book is "a must-read for teachers, students, or anyone else trying to come to grips with what Professor Seib correctly calls a 'new era of terrorism'."
The book is available for purchase from the Cambridge University Press as well as from Amazon.
