The Digital Sphere Rising
The Internet is a positive tool for diplomacy, usually. The rise of the digital sphere and online communities allows for stronger communication and facilitates the spread of ideas; however, the Internet still poses challenges for state and non-state actors alike. PD News headlines this week demonstrate that digital technology has allowed Mongolia to promote and discuss Internet freedom, while Armenia explored better practices in digital diplomacy.
