The Public Diplocast Season 1 was hosted by CPD Student Fellow Madison Jones from USC's Master of Public Diplomacy program. Episodes feature longform interviews with public diplomacy scholars and thought-leaders covering PD basics as well as current issues in the field such as countering violent extremism.

Powers discusses the ways in which the U.S. Department of State is engaging in public diplomacy, examples of embassies excelling in the field, and future trends in public diplomacy.
