China Summit on strategic communications scheduled at Tsinghua University in Beijing

Confutius lectures aim to boost China trade links
Leading Chinese and Scottish business figures are to deliver a series of lectures in a bid to encourage more trade and economic activity between the two countries. The talks are being organized by the University of Edinburgh's Confutius Institute for Scotland.
South Korea, Japan suspend military exchange program

France, Vietnam brace for exchange year
According to Dung, the Vietnam-France cultural exchange year will last through early 2014 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries and mark the development of their bilateral cooperation.
