Students make pledge as ‘Shabash Pakistan’ visits Air University
As School of Leadership (SoL) on Monday organised the second session of its nationwide campaign titled ‘Shabash Pakistan’, 250 students of Air University gathered at LTC Hall and pledged to save their motherland by becoming ambassadors of peace. ‘Shabash Pakistan’ is a nation-branding movement started by School of Leadership.
Demonstration at U.S. Embassy Moscow Against Firing of Journalists and Silencing of Radio Liberty
A young Russian journalism student Kirill Filimonov, protesting against U.S. decision to stifle Radio Liberty broadcasts and to fire its journalists, was detained by the police but released and, with about 30 mostly young, Russian demonstrators, continued the picket Tuesday in front of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.

Nigeria: Winners of INDIAFRICA Business Venture Emerge
INDIAFRICA, a shared future which was launched in Nigeria in August 2011 at Lagos Business School is "a unique people to people and youth outreach programme that brings Africans and Indians together through competition, creative exchanges and collaboration". The finals which held last September at the City Hall, Lagos, featured presentations by 9 teams from Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa and India.
Citizen Diplomacy May Save Us Yet
Some of the most important work of citizen diplomacy that's been done in a long time, I suspect, is the trip recently organized by Code Pink that took nearly 40 U.S. peace activists to Pakistan. They met with elected officials, tribal leaders, drone victims whose existence the U.S. government denies, and with the U.S. Ambassador.

Graduate School USA has completed its nearly month-long program, “Culinary Diplomacy: Promoting Cultural Understanding Through Food,” with rave reviews from participants hailing from 25 different countries. China boosts economic diplomacy
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday established the Department of International Economic Affairs to serve economic diplomacy, which is increasingly important in China's diplomatic blueprint. The move shows that Beijing has recognized its increasing power in the economic field and is moving forward to make better use of it, Chinese experts said.
