Ethiopia, Egypt, Sudan Sign ‘Historic’ Accord on Renaissance Dam

Ethiopia, Egypt, and Sudan signed a technical agreement Tuesday about the Grand Renaissance Dam, which is being constructed at the source of the Blue Nile in Ethiopia. The Ministers of Irrigation and Foreign Affairs of the three countries signed the accord after two days of deliberations in the Sudanese capital.

A panel of outside experts from Silicon Valley and the private sector has completed a skeptical review — still not public — about U.S. online efforts against ISIS, according to an article in The Washington Post. Japan and South Korea have very close alliances with the United States. They also have had diplomatic relations with each other for 50 years, not to mention considerable trade back and forth during that time. Hasbara Group Wants You to Infiltrate Human Rights NGOs

A private, low-profile ‘public diplomacy’ outfit is setting out to train ‘Secret Hasbara Agents.’ But don’t worry, it’s not propaganda. A private Israeli hasbara – or “public diplomacy” – organization on Wednesday put out one of the weirdest responses yet to the incitement campaign by far-right group Im Tirzu of two weeks ago.
