Russian Teachers Arrive in Jakarta to Study Indonesian Language

The first group of 24 teachers, students, as well as activists from senior high schools, colleges and NGOs in Moscow, Russia have arrived in Jakarta to join the activities of Indonesian Competency Enhancement. Saskatoon Olympian Promoting Play in Ghana

A professional soccer player from Saskatoon, Sask. is helping kids in Ghana learn the importance of playing around. Can London's Palestine Expo Help Redress Israel Bias?

This weekend, 8th and 9th July, the Queen Elizabeth II (QE2) Centre in Central London will play host to Palestine Expo, a huge celebration of Palestinian heritage and culture. Sports Stamp Exhibition Opens in Zhongshan Hall

An exhibition featuring sports-related stamps, including more than 1,000 commissioned for the Olympic Games, opened in Taipei’s Zhongshan Hall yesterday. “A stamp is a nation’s business card,” Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je said at the opening. “The art and culture contained in a tiny stamp can demonstrate a nation’s soft power.”

Roadrunners Put Classroom Knowledge into Practice This Summer in Germany

A group of students from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) will take what they learn in the classroom and apply it to real life during a summer study abroad adventure to Frankfurt, Germany. Turkey Donates Bakkie to Research Station

The Gobabeb Research and Training Centre in the Namib Desert received a Suzuki Gypsy bakkie from the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) on Tuesday. [...] TIKA representative Abdulkadir Abukan mentioned that in 2016, Turkey was named as the most generous country for foreign aid per GDP, donating almost US $6.2 billion internationally. “We are very impressed by the work being done at Gobabeb. We are especially happy to be able to assist, in this way, in the work being done to help train the next generation of Namibian scientists,” said Abukan.
